Here are just a few suggestions for what you should avoid or should wear to a photography session. Always feel free to bring props with you too.

Please, don't wear:

• solid white shirts, plaids/thick horizontal stripes
• men's sandals

Please, do:

• Feel free to bring a good mix of jeans, casual, and a dress
• If this is a family or engagement session you don't have to match exactly, just be in the same color scheme
• Wear layers - they're very flattering
• For men: a collared shirt, with or without jacket, jeans, trousers, cool shoes (no running shoes, but converse shoes are fine), or loafers
• For women: a fun jacket with colorful jewelry with a neat pattern underneath, cool jeans and high heels are very flattering too, flippy skirts/dresses
• The brighter, the better
