Step into my little time machine with me as travel back to when I had just decided I wanted to change my focus from boudoir and wedding photography to be a full-time family and child photographer. This lovely family agreed to allow me to photograph them without any rules.

Some of those photos I took during that day remain some of my favorites, especially the squishy hug.

Now they are a family of five and wanted a mini portrait session while their oldest daughter was home from college. (Unsure what is included in a mini session versus a longer home documentary session? Click here.) All three of the kids have so much personality and I had a ball photographing them.
